TC Fight Results in Four Arrests

A fight in the West Bay Beach Holiday Inn parking lot late Friday night resulted in four arrests. Traverse City Police officers were dispatched to the Holiday Inn at 2:15am to respond to a fight in progress. While the first man, a 27 year-old from Thompsonville was arrested, a 22 year-old woman from Kingsley was pulling and pushing one of the officers in an attempt to free the man. She was then arrested.

When additional officers responded and observed two other individuals still involved in a fight, a 25 year-old Kingsley man was arrested.

Once the three above individuals were arrested and placed in police cars, a fourth individual (a 33 year old male from Mesick) continued to act aggressively and yell profanities and was placed in custody as well.

The three men were arrested on Disorderly Conduct charges, and the woman was arrested for Obstructing Justice; all are housed in the Grand Traverse County Jail pending arraignment.
