Conde Nast Traveler is out with its "The 23 Best Places to Go in 2023," and Northern Michigan has made the cut.
On a list that includes the likes of Anchorage, The U.S. Virgin Islands, San Antonio and Hudson Valley, New York, the magazine showcases much of what makes locals and visitors alike cherish the area, including Sleeping Bear Dunes, its Native American heritage, wineries, and many foodie hot spots, some of which are noted in this excerpt from the story:
