If you have questions about Unemployment Insurance & need help with your claim, a staff person from the Unemployment Insurance Agency will answer your questions between 10am-noon & 1-2:30pm. For the best assistance, bring a Michigan Driver's License or State of Michigan identification card along with Social Security card or birth certificate or U.S. passport.
