Lunch Break Rhythms

Join in for percussion improv games. Every Thurs. in March will be a facilitated rhythm circle from noon-1pm. This is a chance to beat your heart out & make joyful sounds together. No musical or drumming experience is necessary. A variety of hand drums & percussion instruments will be available to play with. This is a drop-in style, community based meet up. Come for any portion of the hour.
