Christmas Tree Drop-Off

Dec. 29, 2014

The Traverse City Parks and Recreation Division is offering its annual tree drop-off for city residents at the Hull Park boat launch (off Woodmere Ave., behind the library). Residents can drop trees off between 8am and 6pm, now through January 18. The trees will be chipped and used for trail surfacing at City parks and the Brown Bridge Quiet Area, mulching material and erosion control.

There is no charge for this service. The City does remind residents to not leave trees in the alleys, streets or City parks.
