Munson Construction To Require Street Closures

A planned expansion at Munson Medical Center will require street closures beginning Monday (April 15).

The project will require the vacation and eventual relocation of Sixth Street. Accordingly, Beaumont Place will be closed beginning Monday and continuing through May 13. The Cowell Family Cancer Center can be accessed via the Madison Street entrance during the project period. A second construction project will start Monday completing the hospital's restoration of Kids Creek and improved creek flow. That project will require Munson to shift the Emergency Department entrance to a temporary road off of Medical Campus Drive for the next six weeks.
