New Williamsburg Restaurant/Bar Set to Open

April 19, 2013

Hiring has begun at Mr. C's Pub & Grill, a new restaurant/sports bar in Williamsburg at 9009 M-72 E. in the space formally occupied by Arizona Steakhouse. The restaurant will feature a full made-from-scratch menu, including Cuban pork quesadillas and Cuban stew, beer-battered Haddock, Delmonico steaks, flat bread pizzas, Mr. C's famous burger, pub fare and “unique and fun salads and incredible desserts,” according to Denise Lake, one of the managers. The bar will offer 12 taps, including approximately eight local and Michigan craft brews. Other features of the completely revamped restaurant include a fireplace and dance floor. Owner Chris Copeland, who was born and raised in the Traverse City area, is targeting an early May opening.
