Registration Now Open For Traverse Connect’s 2025 Economic Summit

By Craig Manning | Oct. 9, 2025

Traverse Connect will host the 2025 edition of its annual economic summit on Monday, November 3, and registration for the event is now officially up and running. The summit runs from 9:30am to 1:30pm, with programming focused on “economic forecasting and business development uniquely tailored to businesses in northwest Michigan.” This year’s summit will take place in the Governor’s Ballroom at Grand Traverse Resort and Spa.

The morning section of the economic summit will feature networking time and a business showcase highlighting 20 Traverse Connect investor businesses from throughout the northern Michigan region. A luncheon with multiple speakers and conversations will follow, from 11:45am to 1:30pm.

Kicking off the luncheon program will be a conversation between Warren Call, Traverse Connect’s president and CEO, and Kevin Klein, CEO of Cherry Capital Airport and CEO of the Northwest Regional Airport Authority. That talk will be followed by a keynote address from Jeff Guilfoyle, a senior strategist with Public Sector Consultants, who will “offer attendees economic insight from a national and state level and will aid the conversation around the regional business outlook.” The luncheon will culminate with a panel discussion about “growing and scaling diverse businesses across northern Michigan,” featuring Diane Arnold of Neuco Furniture & Upholstery, Corey Geer of Atlas Space Operations, and Scott Wick of Highstreet Insurance Partners.

More information about the summit, including pricing and a full program of events, can be found on the Traverse Connect website.
