Suspect Arrested In GT Pet Supply Break-In

Grand Traverse Sheriff’s detectives have arrested a 24-year-old man in connection with the breaking and entering of Grand Traverse Pet Supply on October 13. It was reported that more than $2,500 was taken during the night. Benny Lopez Jr., has been charged with Breaking and Entering a Building and Possession of Burglar’s Tools. Lopez Jr. is currently lodged at the Grand Traverse County Jail. Detectives continue to look into the involvement of other suspects.
