TAAR Names Its Realtor Of The Year

Ann Porter with Coldwell Banker Schmidt Realtors in Traverse City has been named the TAAR 2017 Realtor of the Year. Porter was nominated and selected for her exemplary spirit, activity in civic affairs, activity within TAAR and the local community, and business accomplishments. She holds several real estate designations, including GRI (Graduate, Realtor Institute), ABR (Accredited Buyer’s Representative), and CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), the highest credential awarded to residential sales agents, managers and brokers. She is also active as a volunteer with several organizations, including community meals, as a school mentor with Kids Hope, organizing mission trips, and the Dolly Parton Literacy Program.
