May 1, 2023

Which local realtors sold the most real estate in 2022? The popular “Top Realtors” issue of the Traverse City Business News is out now, and it includes the rankings, as well as profiles of a handful of local agents, a showcase of fascinating properties on the market from around the region, and a tribute to Ken Schmidt, a giant in Traverse City history and the entire real estate industry.

The top-selling realtor in the region for 2022 was RE/MAX Bayshore’s Bob Brick and his team, followed by RE/MAX of Elk Rapids’ Don Fedrigon and The Mitten Group’s Sam Flamont (the rankings are based on 2022 residential sales in the five-county region). The top-selling commercial realtor was Kevin Endres at Three West. Click here to view the entire list.

The issue also includes an in-depth look at the history of Copper Ridge and what kernel of an idea eventually became a regional healthcare hub. The TCBN’s education section includes a glimpse of what impact ChatGPT and artificial intelligence are having at Northwestern Michigan College and a look at Traverse Connect’s various education and training programs. The May issue also includes more than a dozen other feature articles about all things business throughout northern Michigan.
