Parade of Homes Set for June 18-21

By Beth Milligan | June 6, 2026

The Home Builders Association of Northwest Michigan will host the 2026 Parade of Homes June 18 through June 21 across northern Michigan.

This year’s event will feature "eight exceptional homes showcasing the latest trends in residential construction, architecture, interior design, outdoor living, landscaping, energy efficiency, and smart home innovation," according to HBA. "Attendees will have the opportunity to tour homes throughout the region, connect directly with builders and industry professionals, and gather inspiration for future homebuilding and renovation projects."

Tours will run Thursday through Sunday, with homes open during designated event hours. Tickets are $15 and can be purchased online or at participating homes during the event. Children 12 and under are free when accompanied by an adult. For tickets, participating home information, maps, and event details, click here.
