Seventh Street Closures Start Today

Traverse City crews will close Seventh Street daily starting Monday, September 14 to perform a mill -and-fill project from Wadsworth Street to South Maple Street.

Sidewalks will remain open during the work, which is expected to be completed by end of day Friday, October 2. Work may cause disruptions to pedestrian, bicycle, and vehicular traffic. Signage will be in place around the work zone, and access to all homes and businesses will be maintained at all times.  

The public is encouraged to use alternate routes avoiding the area to reduce congestions and delays and promote worker safety.
